Thanks for your reply I lost my brother Mark on March 13 2024 four days before our 53 birthday .He was a gentle soul who was always willing to help others and loved his friends and family .I never thought or saw him struggle with depression or anxiety.just daily things like everyone else so I thought. His death at first brought out a great sense of sadness in me that rocked my inner circle and made me take a personal inventory of what and who was important in my life .We lived in different provinces in Canada but was close and also thought that when we retired would move closer and have more time together to reconnect. But then life decides a different path .thanks for listening and once again thank you for broken pack podcast it really helps and makes a difference for everyone
